Disputely
Disputely vs Disputifier

Disputifier shows the customer a receipt. Disputely gives them a refund button.

Disputifier is a Shopify app with alerts, a digital receipt in the banking app and chargeback responses at 20% of recovered revenue.

The life of a dispute

Where each tool shows up

A dispute can be stopped at three points. The earlier you catch it, the less it costs.

Before the dispute

Why merchants switch

Disputely saves you more on chargebacks. Here’s how.

01

Stops disputes earlier

Disputely

Refund, reship, cancel and track buttons inside major banking apps, plus Flows linked from support and email. Most problems end here.

Disputifier

Shows a receipt in the banking app. The customer still decides whether to dispute.

02

Connects deeper

Disputely

One alert can refund, hold the shipment, cancel the order, cancel the subscription, block the card and open a ticket — routed by your rules.

Disputifier

Refunds the alert on Shopify and cancels the subscription. No fulfillment hold, card block or rule routing.

Disputifier's January 9, 2026 incident, and how Disputely is built differently

On January 9, 2026 an API credential exposed in Disputifier's Shopify app front end was used to push unauthorised refunds across merchant stores. Disputifier said fewer than 0.1% of customers were affected and committed to reimbursing losses; the app was removed from the Shopify App Store at the time. Disputely stores every credential server-side, scopes tokens per action, and never exposes keys to the browser or to the AI that drafts Flows.

The part Disputifier doesn't have

Buttons in the banking app, not a receipt.

The customer opens your charge in their banking app, taps Refund, Reship, Cancel or Track, and it runs through your store. Nothing gets filed.

How switching works

Three steps. Keep Disputifier running until you're sure.

Step 01

Connect your stack

Create a Disputely account and connect your processor and store. About five minutes, no developer.

Step 02

Run it next to Disputifier

We enroll your descriptors with Ethoca, Verifi and Visa RDR. Alerts land at Disputely while your current setup keeps running, so nothing slips through.

Step 03

Switch Disputifier off

Once alerts are flowing and Resolve is live in the banking app, cancel Disputifier. Nothing to migrate.
